Meet the Families

Kimberly Bonner

Gillianne Morgan-Grappa - The Bride

Kim’s acting career, although sparse has been a lengthy one.  It all started when she was four years old and acquired the nickname “Hollywood” by her family due to her flare for the dramatics. She made her stage debut in her 8th grade production of Lil Abner.  She then blossomed into a lead dancer in productions such as Oliver and The Wiz.  Her career really took off in high school when she got the coveted role of a chorus member in Anything Goes …No one had the heart to tell Kim that nobody got cut. Kim took a hiatus from acting and pursued a career in teaching, but the stage beckoned her back. She stole the Middle School production right out from underneath those sweet-faced children…Apparently no one told Kim that the show was for the kids.  From then on, Kim could no longer deny her inner Sarah Bernhardt.  And here she is today, making her professional debut as Gillianne the Bride!

Rosalie loves to entertain people and make them laugh! Furthermore, she loves fashion, shopping, latest trends, and beauty….which she incorporates in her character Gabby! Rosalie is an essential part of Bello Productions acting as the Public Relations Specialist and handling all our client and cast's needs.  Come see Rosalie in Claddagh Bing and request for her to style your hair at the wedding!

Scott Colameta - Technical Director

Gnicky (the G is silent) Grappa - Best Man

Scott Colameta started his acting career over 9 years ago performing in dinner theater where he performed and met Antonio Sordillo.  Scott has experience in managing productions for many years learning everything about running a successful dinner theater show.  Scott then started his own DJ business, SAND Entertainment, which has been running successfully for over 2 years now.  The best thing that happened to him was when Antonio called him to be part of his dream to start a production company, a dream that Scott also shared and rest is history. Scott not only performs as Gnicky Grappa, Gino's brother and best man, but he is also Bello Productions Technical Director and show manager. Scott has made Bello Productions his family by bringing his wife Angela aboard as our DJ and his children are in training for the next groom and ushers!

Shelly "nun-chucks" Finnegan

Mia Midori - Bridesmaid

--the craziest, biggest hair of them all bridesmaid! Mia is always a "bridesmaid" and never a bride!
Shelly's full time job is working with animals at Doggie Day Care right in the heart of Boston. A few of the animals that She works with have actually been rescued and readopted. She feels like a surrogate mother for all the dogs. The job is not easy, but Shelly can give a lot of love to the animals in this job.

Shelly's acting career started only a few years ago, when she first started taking up martial arts. She has been training on and off for about two years in "Capoeira". Her organization is one of the largest internationally known around the world. She currently holds a gold and white chord. Shelly studied under Instructor Caveira and has done workshops with Mestres from around the world. She also does all jer own stunts in films and would someday like to work with her idol Jackie Chan. In her spare time, besides training in martial arts, she also certified to Wall Climb at Metro Rock.

Janet Craven

Mary Morgan - Mother of the Bride

Mary Morgan, the mother of the bride and the most difficult part of motherhood for her was sacrificing her smart, beautiful, religious, Catholic School educated daughter, to the Grappa Family.

Janet Craven is a nurse who has brought humor and found humor in the workplace no matter what the situation. She became interested in Improv through classes at the BCAE. Janet is no stranger to entertainment, she was a principal actor is her solo debut in the "Diet Worskshop" where she was showcased on Television, Print and Radio. You may have seen her hanging out with Loretta Swit from MASH!

Bruce Whear

Captain Morgan - Father of the Bride

Captain Morgan, the corrupt Southie Cop, has had many run-ins with Gino Grappa since a young age while on his normal patrol. Unbeknown to Capt Morgan, Gino would one day become his son-in-law!

Bruce is no stranger to the stage and it shows in his transformation into Capt. Morgan. Bruce studied at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, NY. Bruce spends his days as an electrician and was Nominated for Businessman of the Year by the Salem Chamber of Commerce. He also sits on the Board of Salem Theater Company. Bello Productions is very proud to have Bruce as one of it's newest family members.

Shawn Rourke

Mickey "Mad-Dog" Morgan - Brother of the Bride

Whether Shawn is in front or behind the camera, on stage reciting Shakespeare (Or in the Claddagh scenario perhaps passed out in a toilet bowl), or breakdancing in some random club – He loves to perform. Over the last year or so he has been privileged to act in a variety of roles from an ordinary college student to a post apocalyptic zombie baseball player! You can check out a more detailed resume at bostoncasting.com/Shawn.   Come see this brilliant actor in his "intoxicating" performance at our next Claddagh Bing show!

Sal Marco

Sam Buca - Groom's Cousin / Gino Grappa - Groom

Forced to give up the footlights when he entered college, Sal is thrilled to temporarily leave his day job behind and become the high octane, energetic, ever prowling Sam Buca in "Claddagh Bing!" Although his recent wedding involved fewer handcuffs, joining the cast allows Sal the chance to again show off the dance moves that threatened the sanctity of his own marriage! Past theater work in "Jesus Christ Superstar", "The Wiz" and "La Cage Aux Folles" involved more dancing, while recent film work in "The Great Debaters", "21" and "Bachelor No. 2" involved a lot of standing around. With energy that matches the amount of product in his hair, Sal will ensure that "Claddagh Bing!" is one wedding you will never forget!

Sylvia Bagaglio

Nonna Grappa

Sylvia has been performing since she was in her first dance recital at the age of 5. After joining the Theatre Guild at her high school, she decided to change her course of study from inorganic chemistry to theater, and eventually graduated from Hofstra University with a BFA. Garnering an education in classical acting has had little influence on her performance of Nonna, however - she just mimics her own relatives. When not performing, she is busy painting sets, hanging lights, lugging sound equipment, climbing scaffolding, and sewing everything from wedding gowns to stuffed animals. Also a published author, she has performed her poetry and short stories throughout New England, and at several venues elsewhere in the US.

Becki Dennis

Gabby Grappa

A Boston-native, Becki returned to the area after completing her B.A. in Musical Theatre and Dance from Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts in Pittsburgh, and has since been working steadily in a variety of roles throughout the New England area.  She has performed at such regional theatres as the Ogunquit Playhouse, Seacoast Repertory Theatre, Palace Theatre, New England Light Opera, Kuntu Repertory Theatre, Jewish Theatre of Pittsburgh, and The Theater Offensive.  She acts in improv dinner theatre with Mystery Cafe, and is a singer for both Big Smile Entertainment and the Victorian Carollers, as well.A proud member of SAG and AFTRA, she has acted in over twenty films, television shows, and commercials.  Her commercials include “Boys Town,” which is currently airing nationally, and "Nova Science Now" for PBS/ WGBH.  She can also been seen in the film Rainbowarrior, directed by Tina Romero, daughter of George A. Romero (Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead.)
In addition to acting, Becki is the resident choreographer at Andover High School, where she has choreographed four musicals; and has choreographed, directed, and taught at Stoneham Theatre’s “The Young Co.” summer program for the past two years.  Recently, she both choreographed and performed in the world-premiere of the rock musical “Among the Stars” at the Machine Theatre in Boston.

Ted Neary

Captain Morgan - Father of the Bride

Ted Neary -   Born and raised in Peabody, never  thought he would ever end up performing Dinner Theater when sitting down with his guidance councilor those many years ago in High School.  An I.T. Consultant by trade, Ted came upon Improvisation when he was looking for an outlet for his ever flowing comic wit that others found as annoying.   Since the services of a psychotherapist were not covered by his health insurance, he decided to take Improvisation Comedy classes at a local college.  After a couple of semesters, he finally found a passion for something that many of his friends took as a character flaw…….. Ted joined a local Improv troop, “Scared Scriptless” and worked under the direction of Kate Ritter, who also happened to teach the Improv class.  Together, the troop held shows in a couple of local Bistros, Church basements and for local charity events. Ted has also done “Side walk” improve for the Salem Theatre Company, where he met CladdaghBing’s own Bruce Whear.  Ted would like to think that Bruce introduced him to the CladdaghBing family because he felt had some real talent and could be make a great contribution to the show.  However, somewhere deep inside, Ted feels that Bruce needed a night off and he had to find someone, anyone really, to cover his shift….Hmmmmmmm you decide.
